YieldStack is a commercial mortgage brokerage, not a lender. Credit decisions are made by the participating lenders, not by us. This page answers the most common borrower and lender questions: how to submit a deal, how AI lender matching works, what the broker fee is, and how offers are compared. Complex deals such as ground-up construction, SBA, bridge, and transitional business plans are matched inside the same 5,000+ loan programs rather than referred elsewhere. Submitting a deal is free, and the broker fee is due at closing under the signed Fee Agreement.
