YieldStack partners with commercial real estate brokers through an application-only co-broker program. Apply with your name, work email, and company; our team reviews every application. Approved brokers receive a borrower-platform invitation provisioned as a co-broker account — a co-broker adds its own fee on top of YieldStack's and co-signs the brokerage agreement as an Additional Broker. YieldStack earns a Broker fee (0.50% - 1.00% of loan amount) paid by the Borrower at closing.
