Capital advisors add commercial mortgage programs to their placement mix
A capital advisor who partners with YieldStack keeps the client mandate and adds debt programs a bilateral lender relationship cannot cover alone: one submission is screened against 20,000+ loan programs across mezzanine, acquisition, multifamily and commercial structures, most deals return 5–8 matches, and the median offer in under an hour, from an institutional lender. The advisor sets its own fee on top of YieldStack's and signs as an Additional Broker.

What does a co-broker seat give a capital advisor?
Breadth on the senior and subordinate side of a capital stack. A mandate that needs mezzanine debt alongside a senior loan, or an acquisition structure with a tight timeline, is screened against programs built for that stack rather than run through a short list of standing relationships.
The mandate stays with the advisor. The file is signed as an Additional Broker, so the client continues dealing with the advisor who brought the assignment.
How does a capital advisor get started?
Choose Broker on Get Started. It is the same account path a borrower takes: work email, password, and email verification, followed by the brokerage fee typically charged and the number of deals placed in a year.
The deal is described once, in a 5-minute submit, and screened against 20,000+ loan programs. Most deals return 5–8 matches across those programs, and the median offer in under an hour, from an institutional lender. From there, the deal is worked by a human deal team through closing, alongside the advisor.
How does a co-broker get paid?
The advisor adds its own fee on top of YieldStack's and co-signs the brokerage agreement as an Additional Broker. That fee is set by the advisor; nothing in the arrangement caps it.
It costs Zero upfront to submit a deal and review offers; YieldStack's broker fee is 0.50–1.00% of the loan amount and is paid only at closing.
